The world is a large place, not unlimited, but large. In contrast, the time that we have here together is limited. Whether we are happy with it or not, this is our world and our life. It is up to us to make of it what we choose. We need to think carefully about this, to see how we live with each other. Often it seems that our behaviour is like that of wild animals in Africa, feeling that we need to destroy others to survive. But humans are different from such animals, or at least they can choose to be different. Harmony amongst people is becoming like a rare jewel; but we can make it more common if we upgrade our own care, love, respect and freedom, all of which seem to be dying out like a dinosaur. No one knows each other, no one seems to be willing to understand their surroundings or care for those around them. While that kind of thinking gets less, the trend of “money talk” keeps increasing. The sense of community is dying out, opportunities are reserved for a lucky few, whose egoism, greed and lack of understanding of fellow human beings doesn’t allow them to share. How grateful we should be for this life and what we have, and with gratefulness how easy it could be to share with others and make life more meaningful for ourselves and others!. Instead, the poor stay poor and the rich just get richer. The sense of what it means to be a human being is in a state of collapse… there only seem to be a few left who still care and are willing to do something to bring about change. So we should be part of this change, be part of the way we want the world to be, no matter what our nationality, skin colour, language, educational level, occupation, family background or gender. We all live on this one world and, we should remember that “no matter whatever we are and whoever we are, it is something special to be in this world and because we are special we must make our life special too”.
